Shipping Information

A simple guide to when your order ships, how long delivery takes, and what shipping costs.

When will my order arrive?

1. Processing: usually 1–3 business daysWe prepare your order after payment is confirmed. Customized lengths, densities, colors, or cap sizes may take longer.
2. Shipping: see estimates belowShipping time begins once your order leaves the warehouse. We will email your tracking number after dispatch.

Processing time is not included in the shipping times below. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Times are estimates. Weather, customs, holidays, and carrier delays may affect delivery. Please contact us before ordering if you need your hair by a specific date.

Shipping costs & addresses

  • Wigs: Free standard shipping on qualifying orders of US $69
  • Gifts: Gift items do not qualify for free shipping. Their shipping cost is shown at checkout.
  • Remote areas: A courier surcharge may apply, including to some non-contiguous US addresses. This is a carrier charge, separate from our free shipping offer.
  • Addresses: We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO and other military addresses. Please provide a complete street address and phone number.

Final shipping options and charges appear at checkout. For remote destinations, email us before ordering for help with an estimate.

Optional Shipping Protection

Optional Xcotton Shipping Protection can be added in your cart. Depending on the policy, it may provide coverage for eligible package loss, damage during shipping, delivery delays, or carrier misdelivery.

This insurance is provided and underwritten by the insurance company identified in the applicable policy. CheetahBeauty is not the insurer or underwriter. Coverage, exclusions, claim eligibility, and claim decisions are governed by the insurer’s policy terms. Please review those terms before adding Shipping Protection to your cart.

Customs & import taxes

Some destinations charge import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. Unless checkout says these charges are prepaid, they are not included in our prices or standard shipping cost and are the recipient's responsibility.
