Return Policy

We hope you love what you ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we do support a 30 days no reason return policy. Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.

Please note that the primary premise of all return policies is that the PRODUCT MUST BE NEW AND UNUSED WITH INTACT SEAL LABLE ON.

The 15days no reason return policy is based on the signed receipt information provided by the official courier, and is calculated from the day of signing, with 30 days as the service period for the return policy.

 Worry-Free Return

CheetahBeauty Hair will issue a full refund including shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. The seal label will be used as a proof of whether the goods are intact or not. Please check the quality of the product at the first time after you receive the package and confirm that it is correct before opening the seal label. Please note that once the seal label has been opened, removed or broken, we will not be able to provide you with a return service. How To Return & Refund

  1. Submit a return request by email: service@cheetahbeauty.com to the Customer Service Team within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the order number, reason for the return, and photographs for verification.
  2. Once we have approved your request, you will be sent a return form that needs to be included with your return. We will inform you of the courier used for the return(usually USPS or local post). Please use our requested courier to return the goods to the specified address within 30 days of receiving the return form.
  3. CheetahBeauty Hair will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product if the item(s) have a quality problem with obvious defects (For the reason dislike or want to exchange, return shipping costs are not covered by us).
  4. When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and did has the issues stated in the return request.
  5. Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 2-15 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). 

Return & Exchange Conditions:

*Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

*The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.

*The item must be returned in its original condition, without signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.

*The item being returned must have the tag attached.

*Pls note that returns to China will take a long time and we cannot guarantee the return timeframe, so please be patient. 

*Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Refund for Canceled Order

If you cancel your order for personal reasons before it is shipped, the Paypal transaction fee incurred for the order will NOT be borne by us and will be automatically deducted when we refund you.

If the order is cancelled for our reasons (e.g. out of stock, No delivery for more than five working days, etc.) we will cover the Paypal fees for the order transaction and you will receive a full refund. 

If you request to cancel your order after we have shipped it, we may not able to intercept the package after 6 hours of shipment. In this case please refer to our return refund policy, you may need to return the package at first. 

 

ATTENTIONS!!!!

PLEASE FOLLOW OUR RETURN INSTRUCTIONS!! We will not be responsible for any high customs duties, customs seizures or losses caused by failure to comply with return instructions.

 

Compensation Time-Frame

For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 2-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.

After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:

Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours

Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days

Wallet refunds: Up to 24 hours.
