15 Day No Reason Returns

We hope you love what you ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we do support a 15days no reason return policy. Customers can contact us within 15 days of receiving the item.

Worry-Free Returns

CheetahBeauty Hair will issue a full refund including shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to Contact Us directly for assistance with processing your return.

CheetahBeauty Hair will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product if the item(s) have a quality problem (For the reason dislike or want to exchange, return shipping costs are not covered by us). Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 15 days upon receiving your item(s). Please make sure that the item must be returned in its original condition. 


How To Return & Refund

  1. Submit a return request by email: to the Customer Service Team within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include the order number, reason for the return, and photographs for verification.
  2. Once we have approved your request, you will be sent a return form that needs to be included with your return. We will inform you of the courier used for the return(usually USPS or local post). Please use our requested courier to return the goods to the specified address within 30 days of receiving the return form.
  3. When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.
  4. Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 2-15 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). 


Return & Exchange Conditions:

*Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

*The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.

*The item must be returned in its original condition, without signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.

*The item being returned must have the tag attached.

*Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.


Compensation Time-Frame


For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 2-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.

After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:

Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours

Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days

Wallet refunds: Up to 24 hours.
